Ceri’s Cakes is very popular and has Ceri working long hours to meet the demand for her unique cakes, but she still finds time to bake for charities and regularly donates either cakes or gift vouchers to charity raffles. Ceri told us more about her journey from managing a bakery in Leeds to running her own small business in Jersey.
